has been found safe after he went missing. 20 year-old matthew abraham banished from scotts valley last wednesday. this is video of the library in utah where he was gone. his family says that matthew seemed disoriented after he crashed his mountain bike. abraham was apparently traveling with someone that he met on a bus. >> him in this person in the pairing up and at some point the missing person was inside of the library. the person that he was wed when on the internet and noticed that he was missing. this led this person to be suspicious as to why he could not remember his name. they went ahead and contacted the sheriff's department and tried to reach his family.

improvement, it loses its accreditation when the commission issues a ruling on june the 10th. hundreds of city students, faculty and staff held a rally on thursday to criticize the school administrators for what they said was a lack of transparency and how the school is addressing the problem. >> thousands of teachers across the bay area and the state are getting pink slips. but the silver lining is the fact that the number of teachers getting those notices is down dramatically. kron4 dan kerman sense of the drop is linked to directly a ballot measure that was passed and the last election. >> proposition 30 stop this from happening and it will not fix everything. it should stop things from getting worse. >> last year 20,000

character yet he has never entered a plea. he's in protective custody. the police can even talk to him. there's absolutely nothing going on. he's flying you and me and this family. he find a system for everything it's worth. i want a law enforcement for the great job they have done, for the volunteers for continually coming out and doing something but i think now this rests in the hands of the district attorney. he is the person i can make something happen. before going to find sierra one of three things is going to have to happen. somewhat to stumble upon the evidence, while the search is and have to finally find her. or that individual sitting in the county jail getting breakfast in bed every

morning is gonna have to finally realize that he can end this by coming forth with the information that we need. thus far nothing has worked. i suggest that they put the top penalty on the table for this guy. that they tell them that if he wants to continue living then he better sit down and start dealing. if that doesn't happen nothing is going to happen. i know what you know what they know what it and certainly they don't deserve it. we need a change. we need some of that happened in this case so it's in the hands of the d.a. to make that happen now. not like to introduce steve. amen to that. this is
